Active Messages (Displayed on the Left Side of the Screen)

An Orange Dot signifies that there is an active message currently assigned to a specific agent or team.

 

Messages that have not yet been opened are marked with a Red Dot.

Messages that have not yet opened or assigned are marked with a "Green Dot"

  • Messages are to be closed each time

Guest Information: This section contains important details about the guest, including their name, contact information, and reservation specifics. Additionally, it provides a convenient link for accessing the guest's identification documents, which may be required for verification or check-in processes. Make sure to review this information carefully to ensure a smooth interaction with the guest.

 

Guest Reservations (Current, Past & Cancelled)

 

Questions: 

1. Why does the reservation not have the Akia " Contract and ID Verified" Tag?

  • Answer: There was an issue with something on the agreement (normally this has to do with ID Verification)
  • Solution: Manually Verify the ID in Akia

2. How do I open the signed rental agreement or confirm if a guest is brining pets?

  • No need to open the document to see about pets (see the snip below) it shows in the chat
  • To view the document click on the agreement in Akia or the confirmation link just below it
  • Rental agreement will also be attached to the reservation in Track
  • ID will also show on the rental agreement

The following can be sent manually to the guest via the "MAGIC WAND"

4. OTHER (Automatically fill in the time or date when composing a message)

  • NAME
  • TITLE
  • PASSWORD CHANGES
  • PROFILE PHOTO
  • MESSAGING SETTING (CHANGE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEND EACH TIME YOU HIT ENTER)
  • INBOX SETTINGS (WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE)
  • NOTIFICATION SETTING
    • I STRONGLY SUGGEST TURNING OF THE NOTIFICATION SOUND (WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY)
  • SIGNATURE FOR MESSAGES
