Breezeway- Building Property Profile

Building a property's profile enables managers to keep detailed information each property, and manage the information that is visible to guests vs. staff in one place.

 

For our longtime Breezeway users, this consolidates the property details, about, and access notes page into one.

 


 

Property Profile Sections

The Property Profile uses two tabs to display information about the property:

  1. General

  2. Details


 

General Tab

The general tab shows the following sections

  • Property Photos

    • We'll display the first uploaded pictures. To see all the property photos click on "see more"

       

    • You can drag and drop the photos to change the order.

    • You can drag an image to the first position to change the default image or you can edit image icon and select the default switch to change it.

       

  • Access Notes

    • Guest: Property Managers can now reference the Guest Access information without having to leave Breezeway.

    • The information shown here is not available on the mobile ops app.

    • Team: Provide your team with the access information for the property.

    • The information shown here is available in the mobile ops app.

       

  • Team Notes:

    • This allows you to provide your field staff additional information they need to know about the property such as: Trash days, bed configuration, etc.

    • This section has rich text editing to keep the information organized and easy to read.

    • The information shown here is available in the mobile ops app.

       

  • Documents:

    • Store all the property documents in one place: Insurance documents, warranty documents, etc.

  • Property Contact:

    • Add all the relevant contacts to the property: owner information, external vendor information, etc.

    • Add

      • Name: Name is the only required field for the pop up.

      • Email

      • Mobile Phone

      • Home Phone


 

Details Tab

The details tab shows information about the property, including bedroom, bathroom counts, year built, living area, etc.

 

General information

 

  • Bedrooms

    • This number reflects the number of bedrooms in the Property Elements. Updating elements will update this.

  • Bathrooms

    • This number reflects the number of bathrooms in the Property Elements. Updating elements will update this.

  • Living Area

  • Stories

  • Year Built

  • Type

    • This will open a dropdown menu to select from

       

Property Details

Here you can add information formerly housed in About, including groups, buildings, tags, etc.

  • Property Name

  • Building: Properties can only be associated with one building. This is where you will add the property to a Group.

  • Group: Properties can only belong to one Group. This is where you will add the property to a Group.

  • Property Tags: Properties can have multiple tags. Once a tag is added, it will be included in the drop-down option for other properties as well. You can filter by tags throughout Breezeway.

  • Internal ID

  • Marketing ID

  • Breezeway ID

 

Property Address

  • Address

  • Address line 2

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code

  • Country

  • Latitude & Longitude

    • Manually change the longitude and latitude of the property without changing the address at all.

      • Enter the exact coordinates or click on the adjust button to drag the map so that the pin is in the correct position

    • Once you enter the exact coordinates, this will update where the property is displayed on the dashboard map, and where the navigation button in the app directs your team.

       

Pro Tip: If you need to fully reset the address, we recommend clearing out the address, refreshing the page, entering the address again, and refreshing the page again.
