      How to contact Track ** URGENT ISSUES **

      Use this phone number to contact Track in the Event of Track Emergency

      If there is an issue with Track that is preventing normal operations, you must give track a call at 833-649-0999 (option 2)

       

      You can also contact Track through the Chat function (this can take a bit of time to connect but tells you the queue position)

      Steps to chat:

      1. Log in to Track

      2. Log in to "Help Center" located on side menu bar with the Question Mark"

      3. Once in the Help Center click on "Support" in bottom right corner that will open a chat function

      4. From this point, you can follow the prompts and get help or click on "Get in Touch" and you will be able to leave a message.

       

      To find any existing tickets, follow the same steps and click on "Your Tickets" or you can create a ticket from here as well
