      How to Extend a "Current" City Contract

      This can only be done if adding days at the end of a reservation

      HOW TO EXTEND A CURRENT CITY CONTRACT



      ** NOTE **  

      • This can only be done on reservations adding or subtracting days at the end of their stay
      • If a guest adds days to the beginning of the reservation, you will need to cancel the current contract and make a completely new contract 
      • This process has been updated as of 7/15/24 to an automated system with Buildyourorg.
      • The contract summary sheet can be accessed with this link
      • Information from Track communicates with this sheet every 10 minutes and will create an Update Link
        • Open the link and fill in the necessary information
        • Click Submit
      • The completed update will now be in the "Updated PDF" column
      • Note the reservation that the update is done
