Please follow these steps to process a Marriott (HVMI) Reseration
** These reservations come with (3) emails **
- Marriott Channel Notification
- BookingPal Itinerary
- Points / Cash conversion (how they paid and cancellation policy) - This is called Confirmation when attaching in Track to reservation

- Copy and past the Channel notification in the notes (remove the line spacing)
- Save and attach the “Confirmation” in Attachments - Label “Confirmation”
- Confirm that the correct “Marriott” rental agreement was emailed “e-sign”
- This is an important step as we do not send any documentation that reflects money to these guests and there is a special “Marriott” Booking confirmation for these reservations
- Complete the City Contract
