How to process a Marriott Reservation

Please follow these steps to process a Marriott (HVMI) Reseration

** These reservations come with (3) emails **

  • Marriott Channel Notification
  • BookingPal Itinerary
  • Points / Cash conversion (how they paid and cancellation policy) - This is called Confirmation when attaching in Track to reservation

  1. Copy and past the Channel notification in the notes (remove the line spacing)
  2. Save and attach the “Confirmation” in Attachments - Label “Confirmation”
  3. Confirm that the correct “Marriott” rental agreement was emailed “e-sign”
    1. This is an important step as we do not send any documentation that reflects money to these guests and there is a special “Marriott” Booking confirmation for these reservations
  4. Complete the City Contract

5.    Add the following verbiage in the reservation notes
    1. DO NOT DISCUSS $$ WITH GUESTS AS THEY PAY WITH POINTS
This completes the booking process.
