      Patio Furniture Cover Policy

      At ACME House Co. we strive to maintain the appearance and condition of your property while balancing the operational needs of our team. To ensure transparency and consistency, we’ve outlined our policy regarding patio furniture covers:


      Property Owners who wish to participate in this program need to:
      1. Submit a written request using ACME’s ticket form.
      2. Confirm acknowledgment and agreement with the program as outlined.

      Program Overview: 

      • Upon written request by the owner, ACME will implement a furniture cover template for departure cleaning to include covering patio furniture.
      • This program is applicable only when there is a 7-day or longer booking gap between reservations.
      • ACME will install up to seven (7) covers 
      • If your property has more than seven (7) covers, please specify which covers you would like us to prioritize. Clear instructions will help ensure we meet your expectations as closely as possible

      Owner Responsibilities:

        • Owners must provide the furniture covers.
        • An outdoor storage chest, large enough to accommodate the covers, must be provided and placed in a convenient location near the furniture.
        • If multiple areas require covers and are over 25 feet apart, each area must have a dedicated storage chest to facilitate proper use and placement.

      Important Program Details

      • This program is offered as a courtesy and is not a guaranteed service. ACME aims for 50-60% compliance but cannot promise perfection due to operational complexities, vendor errors, or scheduling changes.

      • This program operates as a “best-effort” commitment rather than a guarantee. Owners should understand that missed coverage or occasional misplacement may occur.

      • Furniture covers are not considered guest damage and ACME is not responsible if they are misplaced or damaged.

      • Cushions or furniture cannot be relocated to the garage or other areas of the home for storage

      • Requests exceeding the seven (7) cover limit cannot be accommodated. This limit ensures the service remains feasible for all properties we manage.
