How to Process a Plum Guide Reservation
PLUM GUIDE WEB ORDERS
Plum Guide is an International 3rd Party booking platform. These reservations can be tricky as Plum Guide does not recognize our house names and they rename them. These reservations come through via BookingPal and are paid directly. You will need the credit card info for any additional charges that are added after booking. With this platform, it is routed through another 3rd party “BookingPal” site (See "Website Log In's Page") for log in information.
