How To Process A VRBO Reservation in Track

 

  1. Attach a copy of the itinerary from the e-mail message in Track (CRM/Emails)

  • This can be done either by copying and pasting in reservation notes (remove spacing)

 OR

  • Attach a copy in “Attachments”

2.  Confirm that the money in Track matches the Itinerary. If not STOP and contact your supervisor
3.  Process City Contract
    1. Enter reservation number on the City Contract Grid (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nB9nizeoUOGmThqE2nAqOpKZSmEjqM-uixEoB55y7QU?authuser=gene%40acmehouseco.com&usp=drive_fs)

 

  •       Complete the city contract (https://form.jotform.us/CityofPalmSprings/AgencyContract)
  •       If you get an “oops error message” use you back button so you don’t have to enter all                        information again…this can take a few attempts some days



  • Save a copy of the City Contract in the guest reservation attachments “CC#   “

5.    Add a note – (Do not assign a Category) City Contract # (CC#  ) and check the Special Request Box and save

6.    Tag the reservation with the City Contract Tag

 

7.    When finished with processing reservation delete email
