How To Process A VRBO Reservation in Track

VRBO WEB ORDERS.

VRBO web order reservations are processed directly, similar to direct bookings. Unlike some other platforms, these reservations aren't restricted to the VRBO channel. Credit card information is readily available, allowing for direct transactions with guests. Communication can occur directly with the guest, eliminating the need to communicate through the VRBO platform.

 

Step-by-Step Guide for Processing VRBO Web Orders:

  1. Find the Web Order: Locate the VRBO Web Order in the "Track emails."
  2. Copy the Breakdown: Copy the details of the web order breakdown.
  3. Paste into Reservation Notes: Paste the copied breakdown information into the reservation notes section, labeled "No Category." Remove spacing for cleaner look
  4. Locate on Contract Management Sheet: Find the reservation on the "Acme Contract Management Sheet." The reservation will typically be at the bottom of the page.
  5. Create Contract on MuniRev: Click the link to the “Create Contract” and this will navigate you to the MuniRev site to create the contract for the reservation.
  6. Copy Contract Number: Copy the contract number generated on MuniRev.
  7. Paste Contract Number: Paste the contract number into both the "Reservation Note: No Category" section and into the "Contract Management Sheet" by adding a "Comment" to the "Action Needed" column.
  8. Delete Web Order Email: Delete the Web Order email from the "Track" emails.
  9. Automatic Agreement/ID Request: Note that the "Agreement and ID Submission Request" will be automatically sent via Akia.
