Guest Damage Waiver
The Guest Damage Waiver fee is an extra charge that offers coverage for accidental damages up to $5,000 throughout a guest's stay. It's essential to understand that this coverage does not apply to damages caused by smoking, pets, or criminal activities. Nevertheless, guests can benefit from this protection by promptly reporting any damages that occur during their reservation period. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by this waiver. This waiver not only brings peace of mind to guests and property owners but also ensures a seamless resolution process in case of accidental damages.
Guest Cleaning Fee
This cleaning fee covers the costs associated with ensuring that your property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. Our local, professional housekeeping team follows strict protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, including enhanced cleaning measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all guests. Pet Fee
If you decide to welcome guests with dogs, an additional pet fee is charged to guarantee that your property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next arrival. This fee is allocated to cover the extra time and effort the cleaning company puts in to ensure your home is in pristine condition.
Pool Heating Fee
Guests have the option to request pool heating for a comfortable temperature of 83 degrees for an additional fee. To ensure the pool is heated to your liking, please notify us in advance so that it is ready for your arrival. It's worth noting that spa heating is already included in your rental at no extra charge, allowing you to indulge in a warm and relaxing spa experience during your stay.
