Annual Tune Up - What is it and how does it work?

The annual Tune Up was introduced as a way for our Owners to benefit from our internal Maintenance department. Once a year, the department inspects the property and addresses any safety or guest-related issues in one go, rather than on-demand or during a guest's stay. This not only saves our Owners money but also improves guest satisfaction. Additionally, participating in the Tune Up is a prerequisite for being included in our Maintenance Plan, which offers our owners a bundled monthly cost for ongoing charges, maintenance, as well as cable and internet expenses.
