Friends and Family List

• List up to 5 people who can occupy the property at no cost without using an annual contract. You can only update this list once a year, during the permit renewal process. 

Ownership Form 

• Please provide all individuals with a legal, equitable, and beneficial interest in the property. 

Pool Inspection 

• This pool inspection is required once every 5 years. The city requires a signed certification from an electrician plus a copy of the paid invoice.
