2024 Linen replenishment

What is the linen service?

Acme owns linens and bath towels, and manages them for our owner partners, to make it affordable for owners. The linen program saves you money, us time, and guests receive a 5-star hotel experience. Our standardized high-quality linens help with higher cleaning quality as housekeepers are not spending several hours each departure clean, washing, drying and ironing linens, instead they focus on cleaning your home more thoroughly, in less of a rush.

1. How much does it cost?

The cost of the linen program is $250 per bedroom. Half of this amount is billed in January, and the remaining half is billed in July.

For instance, a 3-bedroom property will cost $375 in January and $375 in July.

2. When does it get billed?

Billing occurs twice a year, as shown in your January and July owner statements.

3. How does it work?

After each reservation, housekeeping installs fresh sets of linen and towels.

4. What is included?

The linen program includes flat sheets, pillowcases, washcloths, hand & bath towels, and bath mats.

5. What's not included?

The program does not cover pool towels, kitchen towels, blankets, duvet covers, duvet inserts, pillow protectors, and mattress protectors. While we have preferred high-quality products for owners to utilize, owners can choose to provide their personalized items. If opting for ACME's standard products, owners can have them installed at their own expense.

6. Are other items washed onsite?

Yes, pool towels, kitchen towels, blankets, duvet covers, duvet inserts, pillow protectors, and mattress protectors are laundered onsite.
