Q: How can I book a reservation?
- Log in to the Owner Portal by visiting the ACME House Company website and scrolling to the bottom of the landing page. Under "Quick Links" click Owner Portal
- Enter the email address you provided to us when joining and choose "Forgot Password", if this is your first time to the site, and choose a password for tour Owner Portal.
- Click Log In
- Open the Reservation tab
- Select the Dates you'd like to visit us (Best Practices for selecting dates)
- Confirm the reservation and cleaning fee
- Enjoy your stay!
Q: I'm having issues remembering my password can I reset?
- A: Please reach out to our Property Agent team by emailing Actionitem@acmehouseco.com and they will send you a reset password link.
- Select forgot password and the system will send you a reset link - https://acmehouseco.trackhs.com/owner/
Q: I'd like to edit my reservation, how can I do that? Depends on who booked it.
ACME Team Booked Reservation for You
- Login to the Owner Portal - https://acmehouseco.trackhs.com/owner/
- Select the Reservation you wish to edit
- Click Edit button on the right hand side of the reservation
- Edit the Arrival & Departure dates as you wish
Notice - you can make edits up to 48 hours prior to arrival, within 48 hours you will need to contact our Property Agent team at actionitem@acmehouseco.com to edit the reservation on your behalf
Q: I'd like to book my property for a friend - how can I do that? Any rules or regulations to be aware of?
We welcome all your friends! A few things to keep in mind for friend reservations:
Add Friends to the Friends & Family Permit List - You will want to make sure the friends are on the friends and family list if you are not going to be accompanying them on the visit. Reason for this is that the stay will be counted towards your city permitted number of flips. i.e. (6, 26 or 36 depending on permit)
Friends & Family are Subject to the PSVR Permit Compliance Rules: Friends and Family are still subject to the permit rules and compliance items such as a limit on the number of vehicles parked at the house or the use of outdoor music at the property.
Q: What are best practices for me to book a stay for myself or a friend?
- Book a day earlier & a day later then what you need
- This will help account for any early arrival requests or late checkout needs we will avoid bothering you with Arrival Inspection tasks or Housekeeping prior to or post your stay.
- Do not provide your Owner Code to your friend
- This is your code and a new code will be generated upon booking so no need to share this code. Should you share your code and want to have your code rotated to a new one please create a ticket here with the Issue Type "Rotate Owner Password"
Q: I am having work done at my house, do I need to book a owner reservation?
- You do not need to book an owner reservation unless you are going to stay in the property. However you do need a maintenance hold, please email Actionitem@acmehouseco.com with the dates you need blocked off and a Property Agent will make the changes.
Q: What's the difference between a Channel partner and a Guest reservation?
- A Channel partner reservation is booked through a third party partner such as; Airbnb, VRBO, ect.
- A Guest reservation is booked directly through the ACME website or with a reservation agent.
