Mid-Stay Tidy Question and Answers for Reservations 29+ Nights
Mid-Stay Tidy will be included in every NEW 29+ night stay for reservations booked March 11th 2025 or after.
Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee will be added to reservation so it will create a task in BW. This fee will be "Zeroed" out and there is $100 more than the regular cleaning fee labeled ( Housekeeping Fee - LT)

Questions:
What if a guest chooses to schedule the date at the time of booking
- Answer: Reservation Agent will add a housekeeping note in the reservation of the date the guest wishes for this service to be done (scheduled between 9-11am). Reservation agent will also send a slack to property care agents with this info so they can add to the task in BW
Can a guest wait to schedule until in-house
- Answer: Yes
- Guest would need to provide at least 2 days notice and PROPERTY CARE AGENT will confirm with Vendor and coordinate with the guest as needed
Will the guest be contacted to schedule this service prior to arrival if not already scheduled?
- Answer: Yes
- Guest is asked to schedule 1 week prior to arrival but any reservations that have not confirmed, PROPERTY AGENT will contact guest to schedule.
How long will this service take and what is involved?
- Answer
- 2 hours maximum. Includes linen change and basic tidy up. Any extra time or services will be the guests responsibility
