      Airbnb - Sending/Requesting Funds How to

      Please follow these steps to request extra funds or send a guest money (refund)

      HOW TO REQUEST MONEY VIA AIRBNB

      When requesting money via Airbnb for either Early Arrival/Late Departure or Pool Heating follow these steps.

      1. Open Airbnb website and switch to “Hosting” 
      2. Click “Reservations” tab
      3. Find your reservation (this is listed by date of arrival) and click on the Ellipsis (3 dots) next to Details, then click “Send or Request Money”
      4. Select “Request Money” on the next screen and then click “Next”                                OVER --->                                        
         5.  Select “Extra Services” and then enter the amount you are requesting. Complete the note                section at the end explaining why we are requesting extra money and then click Next
      1. Click “Confirm and Request”

       

       

      ** NOTE **  If you have a second request to send (ie: add early check in and then they want to add pool heat. If they have not accepted the 1st request, you will need to go in to the resolution center, cancel the original request and then combine the 2 requests in to 1 request and send the note about what it is for.
