Process for Team to Place Orders for a legendary moment

1. Receive Request from Guest

   • Upon booking the guest lets us know about their special occasion
   • Collect necessary details: occasion (birthday, bachelorette, anniversary), and what package we are providing

2. Check Availability &  order

   • Contact the balloon company to confirm availability for the requested date and package.
   • Once vendor agrees to the package, assign them a work order with all of the details. 

Process for Guest to place an order

1. Guest expresses interest in balloon arrangements/ decorations
2. We share the balloon arrangement flyer with the guest. Flyer will have packages, pricing and contact info.
