      Engineering Process for Onboarding

      The engineering process for onboarding homes

      GESI PROCESS 

       Here are a few key points to consider when conducting a Guest Experience and Satisfaction Inspection.

      • Gather point central equipment needed for the day of the point central installation.
      • Examine and record the production dates of the primary components in the household, including the Air Conditioning unit, Water Heater, Pool Heater, and Pool Pump.
      •  Ensure that all safety equipment is in place.
      • List of all necessary ACME standardized items.
      • Record of any furniture, cabinets, walls that are damaged.
      •  Ensure that the home is fully prepared to provide an exceptional guest experience.

      NOTE- The inspection usually requires approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete. We make sure to check every drawer and cabinet to ensure a complete inspection.


      Point Central Process 

      Here are the items included in the central package:

      • 1 Automation Hub
      • 1 Yale push button deadbolt. The available finishes include brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, and brass.
      • 1 Smart thermostat 
      • 1 Plug-in-Smart outlet. We connect this device to the outlet, then connect the modem and router to the device in order to remotely reboot it when necessary.
      • 4 door contact sensors. The sensors communicate with the thermostat and have the ability to transmit a signal for turning it off in case the door remains open for a duration exceeding 4 minutes.

      Extra equipment will result in an extra cost. Any alterations to the door or paint touch-ups will also incur an additional charge. If the front door lacks a passage door knob or handle, one will need to be installed.

      Note- The installation usually requires approximately 1.5 to 2.5  hours to complete 


      Pre Live Inspection Process 

       Here are a few key point to consider when conducting a Pre Live Inspection

      • Ensure that all guest affecting task are taken care of
      • The completion of all standardized items by Acme House Company has been finalized.
      • A pre preventative maintenance checklist is completed ( mini tune up) 

      Note- The pre live inspection usually required approximately 1 to 2 hours to complete.
