  2. Vacation Rental Ordinance Explanation: They will emphasize the importance of adhering to local city ordinances and property-specific rules. This proactive approach helps prevent any potential citations or issues during their stay.

  3. Instruction on Property Features: The concierge will provide a detailed walkthrough of your property, explaining how to use various features, appliances, and systems. This ensures that guests can fully enjoy all the amenities your property has to offer.

  4. Home History: If you have any interesting historical or unique facts about your property, we will share this information with the guests. 

  5. Local Insights and Attractions: The concierge is a Palm Springs native and a wealth of knowledge about the area. They will provide your guests with valuable insights into local attractions, dining options, and activities.

The cost for a Property Concierge Service is $50 per reservation, and this fee will be billed directly to the property owner.
