How to complete a City Contract

Click Here for Contract Summary Sheet

  • Find your reservation number (at the bottom of list)
  • Find the column "Submission Link" and open the link on that line
    • Reservation information will auto fill and you just need to verify the info is correct. You will need to click the prefill button under the City ID to prefill the address

  • Click "Submit" once all info is verified
  • Right Click "Create Contract" on the sheet and enter a "comment"  and just write "done".  
  • Create contract will go away and complete form will attach in the approved column in a couple minutes
  • Once it is attached to the sheet complete the comment and "Create Contract" will no longer be there
  • Return to reservation and tag it "City Contract"

Done

How to CANCEL a City Contract

 

Follow the same steps as above but the Cancellation link will be in the "Cancellation Link" Column

Right Click on Cancel Contract and write "done"

Once done, it will attach to the sheet in the "Cancelled PDF" Column

Return to the reservation and remove the tag "City Contract"
