2024- Owner approvals for work on Tune up/PM
When owners reply about items they wish to be completed from their 2024 Tune up/ PM completion email on Hubspot. Please follow these steps.
1. Ask Homeowner which items from ticket they are referring to and wish to get done before October/November.
(-is it interior or exterior. they are numbered on their Hubspot ticket they received )(-please note- if ticket has Vendor designation next to item they have to get a vendor ACME WILL NOT handle in house) *so please do not agree to that with out speaking to Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager first.
2. Find 2024 PM Engineering ticket on Hubspot, reopen ticket, write a note-
- Tagging engineering manager or engineering project manager/administrator to see items requested by Homeowner.
- Tagging engineering manager or engineering project manager/administrator to see items requested by Homeowner.
(list out items in notes with details)
3. Find Breezeway Work-order (2024 Pm)
-Update to the current date. add list of items owner request for acme to do in house if they are requesting items that take a vendor, please list them out as well and Engineering will execute.
4. Slack Engineering Manager and Engineering Project Manager/Administrator as notice to create wo and schedule out.

- Hot Water Heater Service, Tank and Flush - $125
- Tankless Hot Water Heater Service and Clean - $190
- Dryer Exhaust Vent Cleaning - $145
- Complete Deep Clean: Top to bottom of the property by Housekeeping, including windows, light fixtures, descaling, and all the details that should be done annually. Cost is 3 Bedroom - $350; 4 Bedroom - $450; 5 Bedroom - $500. The Complete Deep Clean will bring your house back to almost new condition
Please make a note in the hubspot ticket and tag Inspection/HK Manager or Engineering Project Manager/Administrator
For example: owner calls in and says I would like a deep clean. Find the annual tune up hubspot completion ticket. go to notes make a note owner has requested a deep clean and tag @ with the people above
