      How to Process an Airbnb Booking

      1. Save a copy of the Guest Itinerary to the guest reservation in Track

      2.  REQUEST ID THRU AIRBNB PORTAL:

      Thank you for reserving one of our vacation homes. The City of Palm Springs requires us to provide picture ID of those that rent vacation homes to verify the min age to rent.  Seeing that we are unable to open attachments from this link, please take a snapshot of your driver's license or passport, and email to our office at reservations@acmehouseco.com.   

            Note: Once we receive the ID from the guest we need to update their information in Track along with the email address

      3. Enter reservation number on the Contract Count Sheet for the correct home

      4. Process City Contract and attach to guest reservation in Track under "Attachments" and make a note in the reservation notes (DO NOT ASSIGN A CATEGORY) and click "Special Request"
