Steps to providing quotes for <28 night stays
** There are several scenarios to creating a lead for a quote **
Phone Call, Chat, Email Inquiry
1. Click Process Message (while on the call or with chat or inquiry open)
- Enter all information while in the call in the note section of your lead prior to hanging up
- Mandatory areas to fill in before saving the quote
- Subject (this goes in subject line of email that the guest receives)
- Contact info (this must include at least the name, email and phone number)
- Campaign
- # of adults
- Units of interest
- Mandatory areas to fill in before saving the quote
- Save the call disposition as "Lead New"
2. Re-open the lead to send options
3. Once lead is open, click on the content block to open a template
- Use "Rental Quote" to provide a template
- Copy the following and paste it several times under the original quote to provide multiple options

- Open a new "tape chart" screen to look up specifics for your quote
- Dates, home size, area of town, amenities
- Once you have all this information, you can copy the information to your quote
