Pool floats replacements & loaners

Understanding our pool floats policy for replacements and loaners is necessary to determine any next steps when dealing with this issue. Find the most important points of this policy below: 

  • Every property is required to provide two (2) pool floats.
  • Please replace any damaged/worn-out pool floats reported by housekeeping, guests, property inspectors, or homeowners with a standard pool float that ACME has tested and carries in the warehouse.
  • Owner services must NOTIFY the owner ONLY. Please notify the owner once we have picked up the old floats, delivered the new floats, and billed for them.
  • The owner can replace the float to their liking and drop off ACME's standard one back to the warehouse within 30 days to receive full credit on the item.
  • ACME does/will NOT pick up the floats.
  • ACME will NOT receive/deliver their new pool float order. The owner will get billed for labor for the pickup/drop off of the loaner if they decide to purchase their own. 

Please note we want our owner partners to follow the great system we already have in place, which benefits them and their guests. 

Our focus should be to dissuade owners from buying their own pool floats. By the time we have loaned them floats, picked them up, and dropped them off, they've already wasted money.
