- Welcome again to Acme House Company! We are excited to announce that your home is on the verge of going live on our website and with our travel partners. We are finalizing all details to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
- During the initial period, we emphasize the importance of allowing your property to establish itself. This time is crucial for partner site algorithms to elevate your home’s visibility in search results. As your property receives more views and positive reviews, it will gain traction in the marketplace. Patience is key as visibility and booking rates typically improve as your listing matures and accumulates guest interactions.
- This article and associated videos will provide an overview of the essential tools we will be using to manage your property, including the Owner Portal, Dynamic Pricing Tool, and Revenue Management features.
- Owner Portal
- Accessing/Creating/Editing/Canceling Owner and Owner Guest Bookings
- Access the owner portal by navigating to the Acme House Company website. Scroll to the bottom of the landing page and click on the "Owner Portal" link for direct access.
- The first time you log in, select the "Forgot Password" option to receive a password via email. Use the email address you provided on your Property Profile form.
- Login to the Owner Portal

- To create an Owner or Guest of Owner booking, navigate to "Reservations" in the upper left-hand corner of the reservation page. Then, click the large green "+New Reservation" button to begin. Select either "Owner" or "Guest of Owner" from the dropdown menu. Enter the check-in and check-out dates, and choose your unit from the dropdown menu. Add any relevant notes in the reservation note section to assist housekeeping in preparing the home for your arrival. Click "Create Reservation."
- To edit an Owner or Guest of Owner reservation, click the "Edit" button next to the desired booking and make the necessary changes.
- To cancel an Owner or Guest of Owner reservation, click the "Cancel" button next to the desired booking.

- Per the Palm Springs Short Term Vacation Rental ordinance, there is a limit to the number of times a property can be rented, short term, per year. Contract counts are managed efficiently to ensure compliance and optimal operations. Adjustments to rates and minimum stays will be made to ensure your property is available for rent during the prime opportunities though out the year.
